General Information

The Iowa Adventure Pass program is a collaborative statewide initiative with 70+ participating libraries that provide their cardholders with free or discounted access to local attractions, including museums, gardens, zoos, and more.

Each pass is different. Please check the details of your reservation on your pass or on the Adventure Pass website

Here’s a list of current destinations. Please note that not all destinations are available to all library users.

We are always looking for additional partner destinations! Ideas include: local museums, waterparks, botanical gardens, performing arts destinations, sporting destinations, historical sites, etc. Submit a suggestion.

There is a cost for libraries to participate in the Iowa Adventure Pass program. Individual libraries select to join the program and what destinations they would like to offer. If your local library is not yet a member library, please contact your library and let them know you think it would be a valuable addition to your community.

Each participating Adventure Pass member library determines which passes to offer to their cardholders. If you do not see a destination listed for your library, it is not available at this time.

Yes! We are grateful for any support to help bring the Adventure Pass to libraries across Iowa. Please contact us for more details.
